Business Operations Development Intern


Client Company provides online software services to the residential real estate market nationwide.
We are looking for an intern with strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills to assist us in
developing and implementing a customer service program that will allow us to continue our
rapid sales growth. You will be directly involved with the creation of this program.

The position will involve:

*Learning the rental solution application
*Observing customer service activities to get a firm understanding of our user needs
*Documenting functional requirements
*Assisting in customer service program design and development
*Testing results, which will require receiving customer phone calls
*Creating and compiling training materials

This internship will provide hands-on experience with scaling a business and understanding the
operations required to maintain and manage high growth. You will be working directly with the owners of the company.

The ideal candidate will:

*Possess solid problem-solving abilities
*Exhibit exemplary communication skills
*Have an outgoing and patient personality that can deal with customers
*Be able to work with minimal supervision

The position will start in March and go through August. During the school year we would want
you to work 10 to 20 hours per week and 25 to 40 hours per week during summer break.
Client Company offices are located in Highland Heights, Ohio.
